This is most probably the most comprehensive and accurate food sensitivity test currently available, analysing 270+ food and drink antigens with quantitative results.
After collecting a few drops of blood on our blood collection card, our laboratory uses advanced macroarray technology to identify quantitative food-specific IgG antibody reactions, using an easy-to-interpret and action scale of reactivity.
The test also includes a total immune load measurement, which has been linked in studies to systemic inflammation levels.

Your Personalised Nutrition Guide is provided with the test results and includes help and advice on following a varied, balanced, and interesting diet – whilst reducing or eliminating consumption of your reactive foods.
A kit will be sent to you by mail with a BloodSpot Analyses Test and instructions on how to perform the test yourself. Once completed, a booking can be made for DHL to collect the kit (with no additional charges), and it will be delivered to the laboratory for testing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All test kits are shipped within 1 working day. The results are sent out within 3 working days after the kit arrives at the lab.
How do I take a sample?
All kits include straightforward instructions so that you can easily obtain a sample at home.

How do I send my sample back to you?
In the UK and Ireland, your kit will include a pre-paid envelope to return your sample.
